A $100 refundable deposit is required to reserve space at The Bridge. Your deposit will be refunded once a final walkthrough has been completed by church staff. Should the Lock-Up & Cleaning Checklist not be fully completed, a partial or full amount of the deposit will be used to cover additional cleaning costs.
All reservation applications must be submitted no later than 5 business days of the requested usage date. You will receive an email once your application has been approved.
All weddings/events held at The Bridge must be in keeping with the mission of the church, which abides by our lifestyle covenant.
*No events are allowed on Saturdays past 3 PM
As our church grows, we ask that each family not reserve the building more than two times per calendar year. We appreciate your understanding.
(In order to provide adequate liability insurance for extra-curricular activities and events held at The Bridge, it is requested that certificates of insurance or special event policies be provided at each event that is a non-church event. Groups or organizations that have General Organizational Umbrella policies are requested to provide current certificates of insurance for date and time specified. If a certificate is unavailable, the church board will examine each request for usage on a case-by-case basis. Special insurance event policies will need application and payment.)
By checking this box you are agreeing to keep your event and guests in the rooms that you have requested. This is to ensure the safety of guests, building and equipment, and those who my also be using the building at the same time. Multiple events can take place at the church at one time, so remaining in the places requested in this form will help all events to run smoothly. By checking the box below, you, the Lessee (known as user of facilities) agree to indemnify and save Lessor (The Bridge) harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses, included attorney's fees for the defense thereof, arising from the conduct or management of the occupation and/or use by Lessee at the leased premises, and/or any breach or default on the part of Lessee in the performance of any covenant or agreement on the part of Lessee to be performed pursuant to the terms of this Building Usage Form, and/or form any act of negligence of Lessee, its agents, invitees, guests, contractors, servants, employees, subleases, concessionaires, and/or licensees in or about the leased premises.
In any case of any action or proceeding brought against Lessor by reason of such claim, upon notice from Lessor, Lessee shall defend such action or proceeding by legal counsel, and or satisfactory to Lessor. Lessor shall not be liable and Lessee waives all claims for damages to person and/or property sustained by Lessee or Lessee's contractors, servants, agents, personnel, employee(s), invitees, guests and/or customers resulting from this lease for any reason whatsoever.
This shall apply especially, but not exclusively, to the flooding of the Leased Premises, and to damage caused by refrigerators, air conditioning devices, water, snow frost, steam, excessive heat, cold, falling plaster, broken glass, sewage, gas, odors, noise or the bursting or leaking of pipes or plumbing fixtures. All property, whether belonging to Lessee or any occupant of the leased premises or of The Bridge, shall be on the leased premises at risk of Lessee. The Lessor shall not be liable for damage to any property or for the theft or misappropriation thereof.
By checking below you acknowledge the reading and understanding of the terms of this Church Reservation Application of The Bridge. You understand that yourself and/or your organization is solely responsible for maintaining the current operating condition of all equipment and facilities used at The Bridge. Should the building or the equipment used at The Bridge become damaged, you authorize The Bridge to have the items repaired to their original operating condition at the time of use, and the Lessee will pay for any and all such repairs.

If everything is cleaned up and put back in its proper place then I will receive my full deposit back.
