The Bridge Internship Program is designed for anyone 18 and older who are eager to gain hands-on ministry experience while growing spiritually, personally, and professionally.

At The Bridge, we believe that every intern brings their own unique blend of gifts, skills, and experiences that God can use to make an impact. That’s why, in these internships, you won’t find a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, you’ll receive personalized 1-on-1 mentoring from our pastors, engagement in meaningful ministry opportunities, and the chance to contribute directly to building God's Kingdom.

The Bridge Internship Program offers four stipend-paid internships starting in January 2025 (Application Deadline: October 27, 2024).

As an intern, you’ll commit to 10 hours a week (plus services on Sundays) developing spiritually, personally, and professionally through book discussions, staff training events, and hands-on ministry experiences.

Remember, The Bridge Internship Program isn’t your average internship. Here’s what we’re really looking for:

- You’re a team player—humble, driven, and relationally smart. In every aspect of our church, people aren’t just part of the mission; people are the mission.
