Numbers 6:22-26 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 23 “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:
24 “The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
26 The Lord [a]lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.” ’
Leviticus 26:9-10 ‘For I will look on you favorably and make you fruitful, multiply you and confirm My covenant with you. 10 You shall eat the old harvest, and clear out the old because of the new.
Psalms 5:12 For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield.
THE FAVOR OF GOD IS THE GUARANTEE OF HIS PRESENCE AND THE PROVISION OF HIS POWER TO ACCOMPLISH HIS SPECIAL PURPOSE IN AND THROUGH MY LIFE
FRAME YOUR WORLD WITH FAVOR
OPEN YOUR EYES TO OPPORTUNITY
GIVE YOURSELF TO OBEDIENCE
#1 - EXPECTATION: FRAME YOUR WORLD WITH FAVOR
Romans 8:31-32 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
#2 - RECOGNITION: OPEN YOUR EYES TO OPPORTUNITY
#3 - RESPONSE: GIVE YOURSELF TO OBEDIENCE
Exodus 33:12-17 Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people.’ But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, ‘I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.’ 13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people.” 14 And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” 15 Then he said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here. 16 For how then will it be known that Your people and I have found grace in Your sight, except You go with us? So we shall be separate, Your people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth.” 17 So the Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.”
